March Growth Guide Available Now!

March Growth Guide Available Now!

The wait is over — the March Growth Guide is officially available now! 🍀 This month's box is one of our favorites yet, and once you see what's inside, we think your Little Sprout will agree.

Ms. Sam packed 20 St. Patrick's Day-themed activities into this month's box — and every single one targets real developmental skills while keeping the holiday magic alive. From growing an actual clover garden to building a leprechaun trap the night before St. Patrick's Day, March is full of Sprout-tastic adventures.

☘️ A Peek Inside the March Box

Here are just a few of the lucky activities waiting inside:

🪴 Pot o' Gold Clover Garden (Activity #1) — Your Little Sprout plants real clover seeds in a black cauldron pot using a straw siphon to water! It's a full sensory and fine motor experience that keeps growing all month long.

🎭 Colorful Fish Friends (Activity #2) — Celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday by turning a felt hand puppet into a one-of-a-kind fish friend using googly eyes, yarn, and glue. Then put on a show!

🪤 Catch a Leprechaun (Activity #7) — This one's a family favorite. Using materials from earlier activities — including the paper chain from Color Link Creations and the playdough bait from Leprechaun Bait — your Sprout builds a leprechaun trap complete with a hat, a ladder, and a pot o' gold. Set it the night before St. Patrick's Day! 🎩

🌈 Twirl Magic (Activity #8) — Grab that ribbon wand and find some open space! Grown-ups call out directions — up, down, circles, figure eights — and your Sprout twirls to match. Then switch roles and let your Little Sprout be the caller!

🔍 Little Leprechaun Quest (Activity #15) — A full-house scavenger hunt! Grown-ups hide six items from the sensory bin around the house, then give verbal clues to help the Sprout find them all. Handwriting practice is built right in on the laminated sheet.

🖼️ Flower Frame (Activity #20) — The grand finale! Your Little Sprout paints a wooden picture frame with springtime colors using a sponge brush, then adds their favorite photo. A perfect keepsake to wrap up the month.

And that's just 6 of the 20 — there's also Rainbow Writing, Dot Designs, the Shamrock Sensory Bin, March Movers (a movement activity with a spinner!), Gold Coin Grab, and so much more.

📋 What the Growth Guide Gives You

Every activity in the March guide comes with a full materials list, step-by-step instructions, and a breakdown of the OT skills each activity targets — things like fine motor precision, bilateral coordination, sensory processing, and self-regulation. Whether you're a seasoned SkillSprouts family or just getting started, the guide makes it easy to set up, support, and extend every activity.

Pro tip: Save all materials throughout the month — several activities build on each other! The playdough from Activity 5 is used again in Activity 7, and the paper chain from Activity 6 becomes part of the leprechaun trap. 🌟
