Each SkillSprouts OT Activity Box includes 20+ therapist-designed, hands-on activities with the materials needed to complete them. Activities support fine motor skills, sensory play, visual-motor skills, coordination, problem-solving, and confidence.
SkillSprouts OT Activity Boxes are designed by Samantha Russell, OT, also known as Ms. Sam. She is a licensed occupational therapist with pediatric experience.
Our main Activity Boxes are designed for children ages 4 and up. We also offer a Toddler Activity Box for ages 18 months to 3 years.
Yes! Siblings can certainly enjoy many of the activities together. However, each SkillSprouts OT Activity Box is designed and packaged with one child in mind. While some activities can be repeated or shared, others include consumable or single-use materials.
For the best experience and the greatest developmental benefit, we recommend one Activity Box per child. This ensures each child has their own materials, can complete every activity as intended, and gets the full value of the SkillSprouts OT experience.
We offer 3-month, 6-month, 9-month School Year, and 12-month Activity Box plans. Each plan ships one themed Activity Box per month.
The 9-Month School Year Plan runs from September through May and includes one themed SkillSprouts OT Activity Box each month.
Activity Boxes typically ship near the end of each month for delivery near the beginning of the following month. The expected first shipment month is usually shown on the product page or during checkout.
Monthly Activity Boxes are made in limited quantities. If the current month’s box is sold out or unavailable when your order is processed, your order will begin with the next available monthly Activity Box.
Yes. Email support@skillsproutsot.com with your updated address. To apply the change to the following month’s box, we must receive the request by the 15th of the current month. Address changes must be to a valid U.S. address.
Yes. SkillSprouts OT works with educational funding programs such as ClassWallet, Odyssey, ESA, EFA, and similar programs where available. Approval is handled by the funding provider, not SkillSprouts OT.
Yes. Many families use SkillSprouts OT Activity Boxes for homeschool routines, ESA planning, school-year enrichment, or screen-free learning time.
Growth Guides are released on the 1st of each month and provide activity instructions, developmental skill explanations, and caregiver tips.
Yes. We currently offer SkillSprouts OT Therapy Putty and plan to add more therapy tools, sensory products, and developmental resources over time.
