Thank you for shopping with SkillSprouts OT, LLC DBA SkillSprouts OT (“SkillSprouts OT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Our goal is for every family to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, or if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible at support@skillsproutsot.com. We’ll make it right by reviewing your concerns promptly and working with you toward the best possible resolution.

1. General Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products (educational activity boxes and kits), all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this Policy.
  • We accept returns or issue refunds only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

2. Returns and Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@skillsproutsot.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange:
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
    • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders are billed automatically on the schedule selected at checkout.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us before your next billing date.
  • Boxes that have already been processed or shipped are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable materials
  • Items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase

6. Shipping Returns

  • To return an approved item, you will be provided with the return address once your request is authorized.
  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times may vary.
