Our mission is to provide engaging, therapist-designed Activity Boxes, educational resources, therapy products, and developmental tools that help children build essential skills through play.

By accessing this Website, creating an account, browsing products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SkillSprouts OT offers:
All products are designed by a licensed Occupational Therapist to encourage developmental growth through play.
Our products are intended to supplementānot replaceāprofessional occupational therapy, medical care, or educational services.
Monthly Activity Boxes are produced in limited quantities.
Although we make every effort to accurately display product availability, individual monthly boxes may sell out before fulfillment.
If a featured monthly Activity Box is no longer available when your order is processed, SkillSprouts OT reserves the right to substitute the next available monthly Activity Box. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you whenever availability changes.
Product photographs may depict current or previous Activity Boxes. Themes, activities, materials, colors, and contents vary from month to month.
Orders placed through educational funding programsāincluding but not limited to ClassWallet, Odyssey, ESA, EFA, and similar third-party purchasing platformsāremain subject to approval by the applicable funding organization.
Approval timelines are outside the control of SkillSprouts OT.
Because approvals may take several days or weeks, product availability at the time of approval may differ from availability when the order was originally submitted.
If availability changes before approval, SkillSprouts OT will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer before fulfilling the order.
Each Activity Box, Growth Guide, printable, and digital resource is sold under a limited, non-transferable license for personal use by one household only.
Purchase authorizes use by members of a single household.

Occupational therapists, educators, schools, clinics, therapy practices, and other organizations interested in using SkillSprouts OT materials with multiple children should contact us regarding professional licensing.

SkillSprouts OT reserves the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order before shipment.

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Because our products contain consumable and educational materials, we generally cannot accept returns of opened physical products.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, product replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Prepaid Activity Box Plans are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.
Once an Activity Box has shipped, that portion of the order is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable.
Remaining unshipped boxes may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at SkillSprouts OTās discretion.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any Growth Guide access information.
Your privacy is important to us.
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to process orders, improve customer experience, and operate our business.
We do not sell your personal information.

SkillSprouts OT products are educational resources designed to support developmental learning through play.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Children should always be supervised by an adult while using our products.
If you have concerns regarding your childās development, consult a licensed healthcare professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillSprouts OT, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Website or products.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.
SkillSprouts OT shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, carrier delays, governmental actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
