Welcome to www.skillsproutsot.com (the “Website”), operated by SkillSprouts OT, LLC (“SkillSprouts OT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Website provides monthly activity boxes and educational resources designed by a licensed Occupational Therapist to enhance children’s fine motor, sensory, and developmental skills.
Our goal is for every family to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any issues with your order or have any concerns, please contact us at support@skillsproutsot.com. We’ll review your situation promptly and work toward the best possible resolution.
By accessing the Website, browsing products, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by this combined Terms, Shipping, and Refund Policy (“Policy”). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Website or purchase products.
We offer monthly activity boxes containing therapist-designed activities and resources for children’s developmental growth. Products include single boxes, subscription boxes, multi-month packages, and toddler boxes. Our products are designed to supplement—not replace—professional occupational therapy services.
Each SkillSprouts OT Activity Box and any associated digital content—including the SkillSprouts OT Growth Guide—is sold under a limited, non-transferable license for personal, single-household use only. Purchase of a box or subscription authorizes use by one child and their immediate household.
The following uses are expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from SkillSprouts OT, LLC:
• Use of box materials, activity guides, or digital content with more than one child household
• Use in a classroom, therapy clinic, daycare, group setting, or any professional or commercial practice
• Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any printed or digital content included with or accessible through your purchase
• Sharing, distributing, or publishing Growth Guide login credentials or content outside of your household

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is a violation of these terms and applicable law.
If you are an occupational therapist, educator, clinic, school, or other professional interested in using SkillSprouts OT materials with multiple children or in a group setting, please contact us at support@skillsproutsot.com to inquire about professional licensing options. Use in a professional or group setting without a license is a violation of these terms.
• We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
• Shipping charges are included in the product price unless otherwise indicated.
• Specialty or expedited orders may have additional charges, which will be displayed before purchase.
Single Purchase, Monthly Subscription, and Prepaid Plan boxes are processed and shipped during the 4th week of each month (typically between the 21st–30th), with delivery expected on or before the 1st of the following month.
Subscription Timing Examples:
• Subscribe Nov 1–20 → December box ships 4th week of November, arrives on or before Dec 1
• Subscribe Nov 21–30 → January box ships 4th week of December, arrives on or before Jan 1
Orders placed after the 20th of the month will receive their first box the following month.
• Standard orders: 2–5 business days from the date of shipment. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on package size, destination, and availability.
• These are estimates; actual delivery may be sooner or later due to carrier schedules or other factors outside our control.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
• If you need to update your address, contact us at support@skillsproutsot.com as soon as possible before your box ships.
• SkillSprouts OT is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@skillsproutsot.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We want every family to love their SkillSprouts OT box. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please reach out to support@skillsproutsot.com and we will do our best to make it right.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• We do not accept returns of physical box contents due to the nature of the products.
• If your box arrived damaged or with missing items, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a store credit.
• Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting support@skillsproutsot.com.
• To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be completed before the 20th of the current month.
• Cancellations received after the 20th will take effect the following month; the pending box will still ship and be charged.
• Prepaid multi-month plans are non-refundable after boxes have been shipped.
Orders placed through ClassWallet or other approved educational funding platforms are subject to the refund and cancellation terms of those platforms in addition to this Policy. Please contact us if you have questions about a platform-specific order.
By creating an account on our Website, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any Growth Guide access passwords provided inside your box. Please do not share your login credentials or Growth Guide password outside of your household.
We collect personal information only as necessary to fulfill your orders and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy at www.skillsproutsot.com.
SkillSprouts OT products are designed to support children’s developmental growth through play-based activities. They are not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed occupational therapist or other healthcare professional. If you have concerns about your child’s development, please consult a qualified professional.
SkillSprouts OT, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a specific therapeutic purpose. Results may vary by child.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillSprouts OT, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
