Activity boxes ship at the end of each month and are designed to arrive on or before the 1st of the following month. For example, our October box ships in late September to arrive by October 1st.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your box is on its way.

Monthly Subscription: Our most flexible option. You're charged monthly, can skip months, and can cancel anytime with no commitment. Perfect if you want to try SkillSprouts OT with maximum flexibility.

Prepaid Plans (3, 6, or 12 months): Pay upfront and save even more! These plans offer the best value but cannot be paused or cancelled early since they're discounted and paid in full. Great for families committed to consistent skill-building throughout the year, and especially convenient for homeschool families seeking reimbursement since you'll have a single invoice for the entire term rather than multiple monthly charges.

You can cancel or pause your monthly subscription anytime through your account dashboard. Simply log in, go to "Manage Subscriptions," and select your preferred option. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

To ensure you don't receive the next box, please cancel or pause before the 20th of the current month.

Yes, if you have a monthly subscription! Log into your account and skip any month that doesn't work for you. You won't be charged for that month, and your subscription will automatically resume the following month.
