Hi, I’m Samantha Russell — but most kids know me as Ms. Sam.
I’m a licensed occupational therapist with 15+ years of experience supporting children in school-based, virtual, and family-centered settings.
I created SkillSprouts OT because families often asked me the same question: “What can we do at home to keep building these skills?”
SkillSprouts OT was built to answer that question with practical, playful, ready-to-use activities that help children build confidence, independence, and everyday skills.

As both an occupational therapist and a mom of three, I know how important it is for activities to be realistic, engaging, and easy to use at home.
We do the planning, organizing, and supply gathering so families can focus on playing, connecting, and helping children grow.
My goal is for every SkillSprouts OT product to feel purposeful, practical, and joyful — something I would be proud to use with my own children and the families I serve.
